I can’t thank Mall Furniture enough for their outstanding customer service! Five years ago, my parents purchased a power lift chair. My mom had a total knee replacement this week and it has been an absolute lifesaver- until it stopped working at 4:00 a.m.! As soon as Mall Furniture opened, I called for help. Shelia took my information and quickly called me back with a few possible solutions. After picking up a replacement remote, I discovered the original remote had somehow come unplugged and was tangled in the chair’s metal mechanism. I called Mall Furniture and Dennis went above and beyond by coming to my mom’s house personally. He was able to free the trapped cord, reconnect everything, and get her chair working perfectly again! From my very first phone call, Shelia and Dennis were kind, knowledgable, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, especially after five years after a purchase.
